The Carolina Gold 365-Day Promise: If you don't love your oil, for any reason, at any point within 365 days of delivery, email us at info@carolinagoldoil.com with your order number. We'll refund you in full and you keep the oil. No return shipping is needed.

Damaged, leaking, or wrong item? Email us at info@carolinagoldoil.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
