The fastest way: reply to your review request email
About 14 days after your order arrives, we send you an email with a "Leave a Review" button. Click that button — it opens a form that's already filled in with your name and what you ordered. Takes 30 seconds.
Can't find the email? Check your spam/promotions folder for messages from info@carolinagoldoil.com with subject lines like "How was your Carolina Gold order?" or "Quick favor from Lee?".
Didn't get an email? Email us directly
The simplest thing in the world: send us your review by email.
Email info@carolinagoldoil.com with:
- Which oil you bought
- Your honest thoughts (good, bad, in-between)
- A photo if you have one (we love seeing what you cooked)
- How you'd like us to credit you (first name + last initial, e.g. "Lee B.")
Lee personally reads every review email. He posts the ones he can to the website. He responds to all of them within a day or two.
